Strategic Workforce Development
TCO is building a team that is able to meet the challenges of today, and in the future. To do this, TCO has a strong training and workforce development plan in place that includes technical, computer, managerial, interpersonal, organizational and language training. TCO has spent about U.S. $33 million over the last ten years on its training programs - about U.S. $1,000 per employee, per year. TCO sends approximately 125 people abroad each year for training in their specific disciplines and it provides international developmental work assignments for some talented employees.
