TCO secures the status of the best employer in Kazakhstan for the fourth year in a row

TCO was recognized as the most attractive employer in Kazakhstan by the end of 2024. The company has received this award for the fourth year in a row. The rating was performed by an independent company as part of a large-scale study of perception of the employer’s brand “The Talentist. Employer brand perception” as per the order of ANCOR.

“The Employer of the Year” is awarded based on an independent survey of thousands of applicants and current employees of companies across the country. Participants evaluate organizations based on criteria such as stability, career opportunities, working conditions, salary levels, corporate reputation, and work-life balance. TCO ranked first with an employer attractiveness index of 69.28%.

From the very beginning of its activity, TCO strives to maximize the involvement of Kazakhstani specialists in operation and management processes. This approach has led to impressive results: as results of the first quarter, Kazakhstani citizens make up 95.5% of the total TCO workforce. In 1993, this figure was only 50%.
